Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain production executive's calendar and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate internal meetings, agendas, and distribution of materials.
• Track deadlines, milestones, and deliverables to keep projects on schedule.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting notes as needed.
