Yavapai College’s Music Department seeks a friendly Music Office Assistant to handle routine front-desk tasks, scheduling, mail distribution, and press-release preparation for concerts and events. You will support the Division Administrative Assistant with room scheduling and public information.
Candidate should have experience with Microsoft Office and music library basics, including cataloging, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Regular attendance is essential in this role.
