A to Z Media is seeking a detail-oriented Merch Product Development Coordinator to drive the merchandise program from concept through delivery. You will work across art, production, logistics, and sales to ensure accurate timelines and client satisfaction.

With 2-4 years in product coordination or related roles, you will manage vendor relationships, track milestones, and contribute to proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in product coordination, apparel production, account management, or merchandise operations.
• Experience in apparel, promotional products, or music merchandise is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Product Development & Timeline Tracking: manage lifecycle from design to final delivery and maintain the production calendar.
• Vendor & Sourcing Coordination: issue POs, coordinate proofs, and vet new vendors to expand options.
• Client Services & Communication: maintain clear status updates with clients, managers, and sales teams.
• Logistics, Data & Order Administration: keep accurate records, generate invoices, and coordinate shipping and warehouse activities.
