Job summary

Absolute Merch Inc. runs the merchandise business for top artists and supports album campaigns, tours, store launches, and fan clubs.

You will join a tight team to ensure every campaign piece is executed on schedule and communicates clearly with managers, labels, and internal departments. You will manage day-to-day coordination across production, logistics, and accounting, ensuring accuracy in shipments and royalties while keeping all files organized in Monday.com and shared drives.

Qualifications

• Strong with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Organized with file systems and project tracking.
• Experience coordinating schedules and timelines across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design approvals with artist managers and labels and route info to internal teams.
• Collaborate with production to confirm tour merchandise quantities and deadlines.
• Work with warehouse/logistics to ensure shipments depart on time and reach venues.
• Provide venues with merch advance details including arrivals and needs.
• Set up product details, release dates, and assets for campaigns and webstore drops.
• Ensure accounting has accurate royalties information for each artist.
• Maintain organized project records in Monday.com and file storage.
