Responsibilities

• Traffic art projects from design through proofing and production.
• Issue purchase orders to all vendors, domestic and international.
• Traffic projects through print, manufacturing and delivery.
• Provide regular client status updates.
• Communicate via phone, email, and video with clients worldwide.
• Maintain production schedules and weekly status reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and sales as needed.
• Invoicing and ensuring billable parts are included.

Responsibilities

• Working with internal art department trafficking jobs through design/proofing stage
• Issuing purchase orders to all vendors, both domestic and international
• Trafficking all projects through print, manufacturing and delivery to final destination
• Communicating on a regular basis with the client as to the status of their projects
• Communicating via phone, email, zoom, etc., both domestic and international
• Maintaining an accurate production schedule and generate weekly status reports for clients
• Navigate internal schedules for domestic and international projects
• Correctly invoicing clients and ensuring that all billable parts are included
• Liaise with in-house Sales personnel as and when necessary
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
