Job summary

Warner Music Group is seeking a procurement professional to support merchandise production, vendors, and pacing of orders for a roster of artists. This fast-paced role requires coordinating with product managers, tour managers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing.

You will create purchase orders, manage production schedules, review shipping plans, and maintain vendor relationships while mentoring coordinators.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Procurement/Purchasing and/or Project management experience.
• Excellent organizational, time management and attention to detail.
• Customer focused and results driven; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Merchandise Production team and internal customers (PMs, Creative, Tour managers, eComm, warehouse, accounting).
• Prioritize and delegate incoming orders and create purchase orders with vendors.
• Manage production schedule, shipping plans, and packing/tracking across stakeholders.
• Host weekly meetings with stakeholders and vendors; communicate schedules to warehouse and managers.
• Oversee product returns, reconcile monthly invoices, and maintain vendor relationships.
