Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in product coordination, apparel production, account management, or merchandise operations.
• Direct experience in apparel, promotional products, or music merchandise is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Product development & timeline tracking: manage lifecycle, design to delivery, and keep calendar up-to-date.
• Vendor & sourcing coordination: issue POs, track production timelines, and vet suppliers.
• Client services & communication: maintain clear status updates with clients and internal teams.
• Logistics, data & order administration: maintain records, generate invoices, and coordinate shipping.
