Qualifications

• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently lead a fast-paced, music-driven group fitness class.
• Ability to receive feedback, adapt quickly, and continuously improve.
• Current CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain prior to teaching.
• Willingness to complete the JETSET Instructor Training Academy Program, including a 5-day on-site training.

Responsibilities

• Lead 50-minute, music-driven Pilates classes that are safe, challenging, and consistent.
• Provide individualized coaching, form corrections, and modifications for all fitness levels.
• Inspire and motivate clients while maintaining energy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Build authentic relationships and foster a welcoming studio environment.
• Represent the JETSET brand and participate in trainings, team meetings, and community events.
• Support local marketing and community engagement efforts as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment.
