Qualifications
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently lead a fast-paced, music-driven group fitness class.
- Willingness to complete training and certification requirements.
- Current CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain).
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging, music-driven 50-minute Pilates classes.
- Provide coaching, form corrections, and exercise modifications.
- Foster a welcoming studio environment and build relationships with members.
- Represent the JETSET brand in and out of the studio.
- Participate in training and ongoing education to grow as an instructor.
