Job summary

JETSET Pilates seeks an enthusiastic instructor to lead music-driven, modern Pilates classes that challenge clients while keeping safety and consistency. You’ll provide personalized coaching, correct form, and modifications across all levels, inspiring confidence and ensuring a welcoming studio experience.

You'll train through the JETSET Instructor Training Academy, participate in team meetings, and engage with the community.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead a fast-paced, music-driven group fitness class.
• Willingness to complete the Instructor Training Academy program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, 50‑minute modern Pilates classes that are safe, challenging, and consistent.
• Provide coaching, form corrections, and exercise modifications for all levels.
• Inspire clients with energy, professionalism and attention to detail in every class.
• Represent the brand at studio events, trainings, and community activities.
