Yoh is seeking a Creative Manager for a short-term, onsite assignment in New York City. You will support the Creative Department with project-based initiatives, production coordination, and day-to-day management, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

This temporary role requires strong organizational skills, experience coordinating photoshoots and vendors, and the ability to work closely with the Head of Creative in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid onsite/in NYC.

Competenze

• Previous experience in creative project management, production coordination, or administrative support within the entertainment, music, media, or creative industries.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Experience coordinating photoshoots, creative vendors, or production logistics is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support project management for internal and external creative teams, including coordinating production needs, managing outreach, tracking deliverables, and maintaining project timelines.
• Coordinate with external creative partners and vendors, overseeing assignments, production schedules, deliverables, and post-production timelines.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status updates and reports to the Head of Creative.
• Oversee receipt, organization, and archiving of photoshoot assets and materials.
• Provide administrative support to the Head of Creative, including calendar management and travel coordination.
