Job summary

Translation, an award-winning independent creative solutions company based in Brooklyn, NY, seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead programs for clients. The role is four days in-office and one day remote, collaborating with Business Leadership and Production to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You’ll own scopes, timelines, budgets, and staffing, while coordinating with stakeholders and delivering strategic, creative work to day-to-day clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a creative agency or similar communications environment.
• Familiarity with the lifecycle of integrated campaigns across broadcast, digital, experiential and/or social.
• Experience supporting or leading calls with cross-functional agency teams and interfacing directly with clients.
• Fluent in Google Suite (Sheets and Slides) and experience with resource management or workforce planning.
• Strong curiosity with a strong desire to learn and engage AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the how by developing scopes, timelines, budgets and delivery systems for programs.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings with key stakeholders.
• Deliver strategic and creative deliverables to day-to-day clients and manage reports.
• Manage talent allocations week over week with leadership to hit on-time and on-budget goals.
• Coordinate internal teams and maintain alignment with overarching strategy.
• Develop understanding of client business, competitors and audience.
• Reinforce team processes and manage documentation and communications.
