Job summary

Celtra Inc. in New York City seeks a Creative Production Manager to support a broad base of creative clients via Creative Services.

You will work closely with Customer Success to manage creative production, reviews, and campaign deployment on and off our platform. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in client-facing creative production or project management, excellent communication, and a track record delivering end-to-end campaigns across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client-facing creative production or PM experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience delivering end-to-end campaigns across global time zones.

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact for a portfolio of creative service clients, addressing queries and concerns.
• Project manage the creative design of ad products and deployment for campaign execution.
• Scope creative production projects and secure resources for effective execution.
• Partner with Celtra teams to align activities with customer strategy.
• Develop deep understanding of the Celtra platform to provide best practices for production.
• Conduct client check-ins to identify opportunities for growth.
