You will maintain accurate records, balance cash, and provide excellent customer service across multiple sites and channels. The position requires strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide information to ensure a positive experience.
• Sell admissions, memberships, and tickets at multiple sites and channels.
• Handle cash, balance drawers, and complete end-of-shift procedures.
• Answer calls and direct inquiries to appropriate departments.
• Maintain coat room, Lost and Found, and adequate museum materials.
