• Recruits, hires, trains, and manages the Guest Services team including students; emphasizes inclusive hiring.
• Oversees scheduling and staffing levels for daily operations and events; coordinates with security when needed.
• Leads staff orientations, mentorship, and performance management across the team.
• Serves as primary keyholder for opening/closing and after-hours needs; ensures security procedures are followed.
• Collaborates with departments across the museum to support operations and program delivery.
• Manages publications sales and related staff; tracks inventory and training.
