Job summary

This fast-paced role requires strong communication, organization, and a cheerful, guest-focused attitude. Shifts include weekends/evenings, with occasional assignments at the Transformer Station gallery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; prior customer service helpful.
• Excellent organization and verbal/interpersonal communication; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Process ticket orders and museum memberships in person or by phone using the ticketing system.
• Greet visitors and assist with directions throughout the museum.
• Oversee visitor experience in exhibition spaces to ensure a quality visit.
• Stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Occasional assignments at Transformer Station off-site gallery.
