You will operate the point-of-sale system, process purchases, reconcile cash drawers, and enter membership information into the Altru database, delivering outstanding customer service throughout every interaction.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Experience with modern sales techniques and POS equipment.

Are you friendly, energetic, and passionate about creating memorable experiences for families? Miami Children's Museum is looking for an enthusiastic Museum Ticket Sales Associate to serve as one of the first welcoming faces our visitors meet!

In this role, you'll help create a positive experience from the moment guests arrive. You'll greet visitors, assist with admission purchases, answer questions, promote Museum memberships, and ensure the ticketing area runs smoothly and efficiently.
