Fallingwater, a property entrusted to the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy, located in Mill Run, PA, seeks a full-time Museum Store Inventory and E-Commerce Coordinator to manage inventory and online orders with a focus on accurate receiving and shipping processes.

This seasonal, full-time role reports to the Museum Store Assistant Manager and requires strong organization, experience with POS systems, Shopify, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with receiving and proper handling of shipments.
• Related stockroom experience in a retail setting is preferred.
• Experience with computers and Point of Sale systems are required.
• Experience with Shopify platform is helpful.
• Must have exceptional organization skills and be accurate with details.
• Must possess professional customer service skills and communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening.

Responsabilités

• Accepts shipments and coordinates deliveries to departments across the site.
• Verifies incoming inventory against documents and reports discrepancies.
• Tagging, labeling, stocking, and maintaining the Museum Store inventory.
• Uses company van for deliveries and offsite pick-ups, maintaining the van and logs.
• Process in-house shipping requests and package orders to protect items.
• Process e-commerce orders and returns via Lightspeed and the site to reconcile inventory and payments.
