• Oversee the advertising program for state efforts via contracted agencies to maximize exposure and ROI.
• Create and manage the annual marketing plan with input from senior staff.
• Coordinate PR, marketing, advertising and special events needs with agency management.
• Direct budget development and ensure compliance with state policies; approve contracts and invoices.
• Represent the agency as directed by the Assistant Secretary and be part of the OSM management team.
