• Develop annual and multi-year marketing strategy and calendar.
• Identify target industries, niches, geographies and buyer audiences.
• Oversee brand positioning and market research standards.
• Manage annual marketing budget and channel mix, including paid and organic channels.
• Partner with HR to implement internal communications strategy.
• Collaborate with outside marketing agency and evaluate results.
• Drive growth plans for HTB Wealth Advisors and related services.
• Lead community engagement strategy and firm events.
