• Prepares high-quality food according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Assists in maintaining correct portioning and serving temperatures to ensure quality and safety.
• Cleans and maintains kitchen areas and equipment following safety and sanitation standards.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of food and supplies as required.
• Follows HACCP standards and safety policies; participates in safety meetings.
