The Cleveland Museum of Art is hiring a full-time Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations and support the Executive Chef in preparing and cooking foods at our museum location in Cleveland, OH.

Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Prior upscale or fine dining experience is preferred. The role features a fixed pay rate of $24.00 per hour and comprehensive benefits via Bon Appétit Management Company.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates, including scheduling and training as needed.
• Stores food in designated areas according to safety procedures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, utensils, and workstations.
• Ensures proper food handling, presentation, and serving temperatures.
