• Operates and cleans equipment after use; performs routine cleaning.
• Stores, labels and dates food items; maintains storage organization.
• Follows HACCP guidelines for quality and safety.
• Maintains production records and completes required documentation.
• Cross-trains employees and performs other duties as assigned.
