This role documents activities in the helpdesk system and escalates complex issues to senior staff as needed.

Rotating weekend and after-hours coverage is required, with a typical schedule of Wednesday through Sunday to support museum operations and programs.

• Experience providing end-user IT support and handling varied technical requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support to end users across the organization, on-site and remotely.
• Document troubleshooting steps, actions, and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior Information Systems staff for timely resolution.
• Assist with deployment, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technology resources.
• Support museum programs, events, and operations as needed; participate in rotating after-hours and weekend coverage.
