Titanic Pigeon Forge is hiring a Guest Services Associate to engage and assist guests as they explore our museum and its artifacts. You will share knowledge of Titanic boarding passes and artifacts to enhance the guest experience.

The role requires standing for long periods, a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays, and a commitment to delivering first-class guest service in a friendly, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Public speaking experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Education: less than high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct guests, coaches, tours and buses.
• Answer questions about artifacts and Titanic history to enhance guest experience.
• Assist with special events and museum operations.
• Perform opening and closing duties and maintain your area.
• Interact well with children and create a friendly environment.
• Adapt to a changing environment and work varied shifts, including evenings and holidays.
