Job summary

Daytona State College seeks a student employee to support the museum team in Daytona Beach. You will assist with gallery supervision, greet guests, and help with gift shop sales and event setups. You will prepare photographs for exhibits, assist with document and image scanning, and perform data entry as needed.

The role is on site, up to 20 hours per week, Tue–Sat, with flexible scheduling between 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in at least 6 credits.
• Must currently be meeting SAP, or a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA.
• Transient and Dual Enrollment students are ineligible for student employment.
• Applicants must submit resume and current course schedule to complete the application.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Staff in gallery and reception area supervision, greeting guests and helping visitors.
• Handle gift shop sales and assist with Museum event setups.
• Prepare and install photographs for exhibits; handle document and image scanning; data entry.
