Job summary

Paylocity is seeking an Experience Host to warmly welcome museum visitors and ensure a positive, informative experience. You will monitor exhibits, assist families, and collaborate with a dynamic team to keep spaces engaging and well-maintained.

The role requires strong communication, flexibility for weekends/evenings, and the ability to stand for long periods. Prior experience in guest services and basic First Aid are assets. Part-time schedule, onsite in Everett, with museum perks included.

Responsibilities

• Interact with visitors in a friendly, professional manner and deliver exemplary customer service.
• Offer prompts for play and interactions to families exploring the Museum.
• Support visitor operations and needs outside of the galleries.
• Reset, restock, and maintain cleanliness of exhibits throughout the day.
• Answer general visitor questions about the museum and exhibits.
• Maintain knowledge of museum programs, services, and events.
• Help direct visitors within the museum.
• Assist with special events, parties, and rentals; attend staff meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
