Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring process for student employees and fill Spark positions.
• Onboard and manage day-to-day activities of student staff.
• Coach floor staff to improve visitor engagement.
• Schedule shifts to cover floor duties and events.
• Train students on new exhibits and Spark Boxes.
• Develop Spark Zone activities and maintain training materials.
• Assist with daily greeting and logistical management for school groups.
• Ensure harmony between floor staff and school groups.
• Perform other duties to support Baylor’s mission.
