Job summary

Mass MoCA is seeking a Membership and Annual Giving Coordinator to grow and sustain the museum's membership program. You will manage day-to-day operations, campaigns, and data in Tessitura, while collaborating with the Senior Manager and Advancement team to enhance member experiences and support revenue growth.

The role requires strong customer service, administrative skills, and the ability to manage events and campaigns both on-site and off-site.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; BA preferred or equivalent.
• 2+ years in administrative or development role, preferably in a cultural org.
• Experience with CRM systems; Tessitura preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement annual membership campaigns and events using Tessitura; track benefits and consolidate data from multiple sources.
• Coordinate membership data with Box Office and process inquiries from membership transactions.
• Manage fulfillment, communications, and donor records; support member and donor profiles in Tessitura.
• Assist with planning and executing membership programs and events on- and off-site; handle logistics and post-event follow-up.
• Support annual giving campaigns, including direct mail and online efforts; analyze campaign data.
