Job summary

The National Medal of Honor Museum Foundation in Arlington, Texas, seeks an Admissions & Guest Services Team Member to greet guests, assist with ticket purchases, upgrades, memberships, and add-ons, validate admission, and guide visitors throughout the Museum.

The ideal candidate is professional, personable, service-oriented, and able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment; evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, attractions, museums, retail, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional, positive, and welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to learn and use ticketing and point-of-sale systems.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with ticket purchases, upgrades, memberships, and add-ons using ticketing and POS systems.
• Answer guest questions and troubleshoot ticketing and admission issues.
• Promote ticket upgrades, memberships, and add-on experiences.
• Validate tickets and admission entitlements prior to museum entry.
• Welcome guests and provide information about exhibits and services.
