The National Museum of Women in the Arts (NMWA) is seeking a part-time, weekends-only Visitor Services Associate to join our Visitor Services team in Washington, DC. National Museum of Women in the Arts (NMWA) seeks a part-time, weekends only Visitor Services Associate to join the Visitor Services team. This in-person position is responsible for assisting visitors and members with ticket orders, answering questions at the welcome desk, and providing information about NMWA — its collections, exhibitions, and events. This position will staff the Ticketing and Information Desk. The anticipated schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
As a member of the Visitor Services team, you will be a critical part of the NMWA team and experience. You will help the Museum run more efficiently by interacting with our guests; supporting Museum programs and events; helping to resolve ticketing issues, and making NMWA a welcoming, exciting, and accessible space for all guests. This position works closely with the Visitor Services Coordinator and reports directly to the Senior Visitor Services Manager.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $18.50 to $20 per hour commensurate with experience.
