Kimbell Art Museum in Fort Worth, TX is seeking part-time Visitor Services Associates to staff reception desks, information points, and greeter locations during exhibition periods. The role involves selling tickets, memberships, audio tours, and gift certificates while delivering friendly service to visitors.

This is a part-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Visitor Services Manager, with a schedule of 14 to 29 hours per week aligned to exhibition timelines.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability based on the Museum's needs, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evening hours.
• Cash handling experience.
• Friendly, courteous customer service with Museum visitors.
• Experience with Tessitura ticketing software preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency a plus.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Sell exhibition tickets and process related transactions.
• Sell Museum memberships.
• Assist with Acoustiguide audio tour distribution and support.

Job DetailsJob Location: Fort Worth, TX 76107Position Type: Part TimeVisitor Services Associates are responsible for the Museum's front-line customer service, including ticket sales, membership sales, audio tour sales, and gift certificate sales. Visitor Services Associates work at the reception desk, information desk, and greeter locations throughout the Museum. This part-time, non-exempt position reports to the Visitor Services Manager and is scheduled for 14 to 29 hours per week during exhibition periods.
