Job summary

Talan Group is actively seeking skilled Murex consultants for an opportunistic, ongoing role in the United States. You will provide L1/L2 production support for Front Office desks across Fixed Income, FX, and cross-asset products, acting as the primary tech contact for traders and sales in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities include supporting MX.3 modules, troubleshooting trade lifecycle issues, and ensuring end-to-end incident ownership from triage to closure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Front Office Trading Technology, Production Support, or a similar environment.
• 3+ years of hands-on Murex MX.3 experience preferred.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of Murex and related modules.
• Experience with E-Tradepad, LiveBook, Pricing, Simulation, Workflow.
• Ability to troubleshoot market data, STP, interfaces, enrichment, booking, and downstream processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 production support for Front Office trading desks across Fixed Income, FX, EQD, Credit, and other cross-asset products.
• Act as the primary technology contact for traders and sales, providing real-time troubleshooting and desk-side support.
• Support Murex MX.3 modules including E-Tradepad, LiveBook, Pricing, Simulation, Workflow, Datamart, and Murex services/orchestration.
• Troubleshoot trade booking, STP, enrichment, pricing, PnL, risk, market data, workflow, and interface issues.
• Analyze Murex logs and investigate application performance, user slowness, and processing issues.
• Support Murex EOD and batch/job processing.
