Qualifications

• Murex market data expertise including MDCS, RTBS, MDRS, and MDIT
• Experience with Murex Datamart and reporting frameworks
• Experience with Murex Pricing APIs, REST or GraphQL
• Experience with Bloomberg, ION, TT, MarkitWire, and other trading/execution platforms
• Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, ITRS
• Experience with Tidal, Autosys, Control‑M, or similar enterprise schedulers
• Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar ITSM platforms
• Experience managing vendor cases and production fixes
• Exposure to audit, compliance, BCP/DR, and operational governance
• Experience with automation and proactive production monitoring

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 production support for front office desks across multiple asset classes
• Act as primary tech contact for traders and sales with real-time troubleshooting
• Support Murex MX.3 modules including E‑Tradepad, LiveBook, Pricing, and more
• Troubleshoot trade booking, STP, enrichment, pricing, PnL, risk, and data issues
• Analyze Murex logs and investigate performance and user slowness
• Support Murex EOD and batch/job processing
• Own incidents end‑to‑end from triage to closure
• Monitor application health, logs, batch jobs, and dashboards
• Develop proactive monitoring and alerting to improve stability
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 and vendor teams
