You will ensure production stability on the Murex MX.3 platform and support incident triage, diagnosis, escalation, and resolution while collaborating with internal L3 teams and the Murex vendor. The role requires strong technical troubleshooting, hands-on Murex support, and ability to work in a high-pressure

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience required.
• 5+ years Front Office Trading Technology support.
• 3+ years Murex MX.3 support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line production support for Murex MX.3 across systems and interfaces.
• Own incident triage, impact assessment, root cause analysis, and follow-up remediation.
• Monitor logs, dashboards, schedulers, and batch processes to proactively identify issues.
• Troubleshoot pricing, risk, and trade capture issues and interface delays.
• Coordinate with vendor and internal teams for fixes and escalations.
• Support production releases and maintenance with pre/post deployment checks.
• Maintain SOPs and runbooks to reduce repeat incidents.
• Contribute to automation and improvement efforts for platform stability.
