Qualifications

• DOE L level clearance or equivalent required.
• Five years of program coordination experience in related fields.
• Certified/qualified per federal, state and local laws for safe handling of munitions.

Responsibilities

• Quality of work performance.
• Preparation of work schedules.
• Training of Contractor personnel.
• Updating training documentation in the Qualification Training System (QTS).
• Control and tracking of property including materials, equipment and supplies used for this contract.
• Performance of maintenance in accordance with approved specifications and schedules.
• Compliance with manufacturer maintenance recommendations or accepted industry standards.
• Control and reporting of Conforming and Nonconforming Parts or supplies.
• Adherence to Environmental Safety and Health (ES&H) requirements.
• Adherence to security, quality, and standards specified in the contract.
• Preparation of deliverables and all other required reports.
• Control of Documents and Record Retention.
• Vehicle Key Control and Fuel Cards monitoring and management.
• Facility Key Control.
• Adherence to local Facility Security Plans.
• Operational Security (OPSEC). Requirements.
