Job summary

Shearwater, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Program Coordinator – Armory to join our team in Fort Smith, AR. Responsibilities include scheduling, training personnel, and maintaining training documentation in QTS while ensuring compliance with ES&H and contract standards.

Qualified candidates will have a DOE Q clearance, armorer certifications, and at least five years of relevant experience, with duties performed at the Transportation Safeguards Training Site in Fort Smith, AR.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in program coordination or related field.
• Clearance: DOE Q clearance is required.
• DOE National Training Center Armorer Certification; manufacturer certification for each firearm used.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of work performance.
• Prepare work schedules.
• Train Contractor personnel.
• Update training documentation in QTS.
• Control and track property (materials, equipment, supplies).
• Perform maintenance per specifications and schedules.
• Follow safety, ES&H requirements and contract standards.
• Prepare deliverables and reports.
• Manage documents and record retention.
• Monitor vehicle keys, fuel cards, and facility keys.
