Job summary

Northern New Mexico Integrated Security, a Constellis subsidiary, seeks a quality assurance professional to lead QA program development and oversight within a DOE/NNSA/LANL context. This onsite role in northern New Mexico requires strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities include reviewing directives, conducting QA assessments, implementing corrective actions, and preparing management briefs.

Qualifications

• Onsite work; no remote option.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Eligibility for DOE Q level security clearance; US citizenship required.
• Must obtain and maintain NM driver’s license.
• Experience in QA audits, statistical process control, reporting, risk management, corrective actions, trend analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and supervise QA programs to ensure DOE/NNSA/LANL compliance.
• Review DOE directives and assess policies and procedures for improvements.
• Administer the Issues Management Program.
• Identify corrective actions and improvement opportunities.
• Advise management on status and actions.
• Conduct follow-up verification of closed findings.
• Oversee trend analyses of processes.
• Develop and maintain QA policies and internal procedures.
• Work is office-based with possible interruptions; standard M-F hours; may require extended hours.
• Other duties as assigned.
• May be exposed to hazards; physical demands include lifting up to 10 lbs.
