Qualifications

• Minimum five years of program coordination experience.
• DOE L level security clearance or equivalent.
• Experience with training and documentation control.
• Ability to comply with ES&H and security requirements.
• Experience preparing deliverables and reports.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of work performance.
• Prepare work schedules.
• Train contractor personnel.
• Update training documentation in QTS.
• Track property, materials, equipment and supplies for the contract.
• Perform maintenance per specifications and schedules.
• Follow manufacturer maintenance recommendations and industry standards.
• Control and report conforming and nonconforming parts or supplies.
• Adhere to ES&H requirements and contract security, quality, and standards.
• Prepare deliverables and required reports.
• Control documents and record retention.
• Monitor and manage vehicle keys and fuel cards.
• Control facility keys.
• Follow local Facility Security Plans.
• Maintain OPSEC requirements.
• Meet DOE L level access authorization minimum (DOD Secret equivalent).
• Program Coordinators should have at least five years of experience and knowledge in their disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Quality of work performance.
• Preparation of work schedules.
• Training of Contractor personnel.
• Updating training documentation in the Qualification Training System (QTS).
• Control and tracking of property including materials, equipment and supplies used for this contract.
• Performance of maintenance in accordance with approved specifications and schedules.
• Compliance with manufacturer maintenance recommendations or accepted industry standards.
• Control and reporting of Conforming and Nonconforming Parts or supplies.
• Adherence to Environmental Safety and Health (ES&H) requirements.
• Adherence to security, quality, and standards specified in the contract.
• Preparation of deliverables and all other required reports.
• Control of Documents and Record Retention.
• Vehicle Key Control and Fuel Cards monitoring and management.
• Facility Key Control.
• Adherence to local Facility Security Plans.
• Operational Security (OPSEC). Requirements
• Clearance: DOE 'L' level access authorization minimum (DOD Secret equivalent)
• Program Coordinators shall have at least five years of experience in their respective areas and will have demonstrated knowledge of the concepts, principles, techniques, and practices of the disciplines in their respective areas.
