Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution is required.
• 5-20 years of experience in municipal engineering.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead project engineering and/or management for utility, water, wastewater, or transportation projects for municipalities and districts in Washington state.
• Perform project scoping and prepare engineering reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Provide funding administration and construction management support to clients.
• Contribute to collaborative and creative environment delivering meaningful projects for communities across Washington State.
