Fishbeck is seeking a Municipal Civil Engineer/Project Manager to lead design and planning for water mains and sewer projects in Indiana. You will manage projects from concept to completion and coordinate with multiple Fishbeck offices to deliver integrated engineering services.

The role requires a PE in Indiana, 10+ years of utility design experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Hybrid and flexible scheduling options are available in conjunction with project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 10+ years of experience in utility design preferred.
• Registered Professional Engineer in Indiana required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and planning for water mains and sanitary and storm sewer projects.
• Prepare utility master plans, feasibility studies, and preliminary engineering reports.
• Develop design documents and specifications for bidding.
• Submit construction permits to regulatory agencies.
• Manage municipal utility projects from concept to completion.
• Serve as the primary client contact and ensure clear communication.
• Collaborate with Fishbeck teams across offices to deliver integrated services.
• Support proposal development and qualifications submissions.
