Job summary

Fishbeck is seeking a Senior Municipal Water & Wastewater Engineering Project Manager to join our team. The role focuses on leading design and planning for water, sanitary, and storm sewer projects, with responsibility for master plans, feasibility studies, and permitting.

You will work with multidisciplinary professionals across offices, travel within Ohio as needed, and contribute to proposals and client communications. Ohio PE license is preferred; relocation or licensure support available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 8+ years of experience in utility design and municipal projects.
• Registered Professional Engineer; Ohio license preferred or ability to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and planning for water mains and sanitary/storm sewer projects.
• Prepare utility master plans, feasibility studies, and preliminary reports.
• Develop design documents and bidding specs; submit construction permits.
• Manage municipal utility projects from concept to completion; client liaison.
