You’ll lead planning and design efforts for municipal infrastructure projects, manage client relationships, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions that make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Work On

• Lead design and planning for water mains and sanitary and storm sewer projects.
• Prepare utility master plans, feasibility studies, and preliminary engineering reports.
• Develop design documents and specifications for bidding.
• Submit construction permits to regulatory agencies.
• Manage municipal utility projects from concept to completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and clear communication.
• Collaborate with technical staff across Fishbeck offices to deliver integrated engineering services.
• Support proposal development and participate in qualifications submissions.
• Engage daily with project teams in a multi-discipline, multi-office environment.

What We’re Looking For
