Bolton & Menk, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Civil Engineer Intern for our 2027 summer internship season on the Municipal teams in the NE MN Area.

You will gain hands-on experience supporting municipalities and work predominantly on construction phase activities. Responsibilities include assisting on civil engineering projects, preparing plans and reports, observing construction, and performing staking and administration duties; there may be design calculations and shop-drawings review as

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Civil Engineering or closely related program at an accredited institution.
• Minimum GPA 2.8; desired 3.2 or above.
• Sophomore or above with coursework in surveying and AutoCAD drafting.

Responsibilities

• Assist on civil engineering projects with tasks involving civil engineering, planning and design.
• Assist with reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Assist with construction observation, staking, and administration duties.
• May include design calculations and review of shop drawings.
