Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in a multiunit capacity and drive sales performance.
• Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions, and promote promotions.
• Oversee merchandising, store presentation, and inventory to support sales.
• Schedule staff, manage payroll, and ensure onboarding and training completion.
• Maintain safe, neat, and compliant store environment; manage loss prevention.
• Ensure Omni-Channel orders are fulfilled and customer needs met daily.
