Dryer Vent Wizard of Hampton Roads is seeking a Multiunit Operations & Business Development Manager to lead and grow our expanding division in Hampton Roads, VA. You will oversee field operations, support technicians, and drive new business with commercial clients and property managers.

Qualifications

Leadership experience in field operations or related industries.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Hands-on leader who works with the team.
Comfortable climbing and working in confined spaces.

Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

Lead multiunit projects from start to finish with safety, quality, and customer focus.
Assist technicians with cleaning, inspections, repairs, installations when needed.
Coordinate schedules, staffing, equipment, materials, and daily operations.
Train, coach, and develop technicians while building a positive team culture.
Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
Maintain relationships with property managers and commercial clients.
Deliver exceptional customer experience to generate repeat business.
