Dryer Vent Wizard of Hampton Roads is seeking a Multiunit Operations & Business Development Manager to lead and grow our expanding division in Hampton Roads, VA. You will oversee field operations, support technicians, and drive new business with commercial clients and property managers.

Dryer Vent Wizard of Hampton Roads is looking for a Multiunit Operations & Business Development Manager to lead and grow our expanding Multiunit Division.

This is a unique opportunity to combine operational leadership with business development. You'll oversee field operations, work alongside your team when needed, build lasting relationships with our commercial clients, and help grow one of the fastest-growing divisions within our company.

What You'll Do

Operations Leadership

• Lead multiunit projects from start to finish while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer experience.
• Work alongside technicians performing dryer vent cleaning, inspections, repairs, and installations when needed.
• Coordinate schedules, staffing, equipment, materials, and daily job-site operations.
• Train, coach, and develop technicians while fostering a positive, accountable team culture.
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and profitably.

Business Development

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, maintenance directors, regional managers, and commercial clients.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, customer visits, and existing relationships.
• Assist with property assessments, proposals, project planning, and follow-up.
• Expand recurring maintenance programs and grow existing customer accounts.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that generates repeat business and referrals.

What We're Looking For

• Leadership experience in field operations, construction, roofing, facilities, restoration, commercial services, home services, or a related industry.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A hands‑on leader who enjoys working alongside the team.
• Comfortable using extension ladders, climbing on roofs, and working in confined spaces.
• Self‑motivated with an ownership mindset and a passion for growing a business.
• Business development or outside sales experience is a strong plus.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
