Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints to reach agreements.
• Coordinate with dispatch to assign technicians.
• Monitor KPIs, labor hours, service quality, and performance.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard technicians.
• Ensure OSHA safety and company standards are followed.
