Job summary

Havtech is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee the Richmond and Norfolk branches. You will manage staff, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure branch operations run smoothly while pursuing expansion and sales targets.

The role requires a hands-on approach, collaboration with stakeholders, and the ability to develop processes that boost productivity, control costs, and build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and the local community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC distribution or relevant HVAC experience.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple direct reports.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Supervisory experience including that of commercial drivers.
• Knowledge of warehouse/inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate operations for the Richmond and Norfolk branches; manage staff and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to set sales/productivity goals; attain or exceed branch sales and profits.
• Supervise day-to-day counter and customer service functions; ensure teamwork and collaboration.
• Monitor branch sales and implement initiatives to increase productivity and growth of branch products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, team members, vendors and the local community.
• Identify training needs and implement development plans with other business leaders.
• Continuously evaluate processes to support staff, customer experience and business performance.
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
