Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a sales, account management or operations role with increased responsibility.
• Demonstrated track record of success managing a sales and/or account management team.
• Effective communication with clients and colleagues, both written and spoken.
• Ability to develop people, coach performance, and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage, develop, and lead a team of Facility Service Managers (FSMs) that support our clients.
• Responsible for achieving annual revenues and profits, managing expenses, and overall financial management of operations.
• Identify, hire and train operational staff including FSMs and Night Managers.
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships and achieve client retention above 90%.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with vendors and independent contractors.
• Promote cross-selling opportunities with the sales team and drive non-janitorial services.
• Participate in all new client starts and ensure field operations align with client scope.
• Ensure building inspections and CRM data upkeep; conduct 60-day reviews and annual performance reviews.
• Work in the field with FSMs weekly and travel within market up to 50%.
